In teams of 3:

Part A:
In 10 mins each find max clean and jerk

On 15 mins:
2KM team row
(Switch when want, but 10 team burpees after each switch)

On 25 mins
21-15-9
Front squats (135/105) / 115/85 / goblet squats
Pull-ups
Box jumps

* person one starts 21 front squat, person 2 can only start once finished front squats, the progress as finishes rep scheme in front of you.
* person 1 must wait for person 3 to finish box jumps before starts front squats

Capped at 40 minutes.
