Part A
In 24 mins-
12 rounds for time alternating rounds with a partner
10 M front rack walking lunge
1 legless rope climb/ 6 commando pull-ups
10 M back rack walking lunge
6 box jump overs
*Rest while partner completes
AMRAP alternating 150M sprints in remaining time

Part B
50 push-ups for time, whenever rest do 10/5 weighted sit-ups
(Scale so can get at least 5 at a time)

Part C
Mobility 10 mins
