Part A
In 10 mins:
Find 3rm cluster
*red – EMOM 10 do 3 front squat and 3 push press

For time:
400M run
15 clusters at 80% of 3RM (red do KB swings)
400M row
15 front squat at 20 pounds less (red do goblet squats)
400M run
15 shoulder to OH at 20 pounds less (red do single KB thrusters)
* go in heats of 5 with a 2 minute delay because of row, faster athletes first
