Muscle up transition practice

Part A
Alternating emom12
Min 1 – max strict muscle up in 40 seconds/ strict ring dip/ ring push-ups
Min 2 – 6-8 lying flag poles

Part B
5 rounds, start a round every 3 minutes
20 double unders
8 double KB swings / DB deadlift
8 KB thrusters / DB thrusters
20M walk with KB in front rack

Part C
5 rounds for quality
3/3 single hand hangs from bar
3/3 shoulder touches
6 V-ups
