Part A: back squat 8@70%, 6@75%, 4@80%, 2 @ 90%

Rest 5 mins then

Front squat 5@60% 5@70% 5 @ 75%-80% of front squat

Part B
Practice strict MU transitions with feet on ground or raised feet.

Do 6 sets of 3 Muscle ups working progression
*Negative control on way back down – pause at top, in catch, under catch

Them EMOM12
Min 1: 3 muscle ups (weighted if possible) or 6 Kipling pull-ups
Min 2: 15M handstand walk or 2 wall climbers
Min 3: 25 double unders into agility ladder
