12 deadlift (100/60) (84/43) (KB deadlift)
9 box jumps – HIGH (100/70) (80/60) (On feel)
Rest 1 min between rounds

Part C
3 sets
5 back raises in GHD or 10 banded God mornings
10 strict toes to bar
