* while resting 1 person holding slam ball

100 DUs/ 120 skips

* while resting 1 person holding weight plate overhead

40 KB swings (32/24) (24/16) (16/12)

* while resting 1 person is sitting at the bottom of the squat with KB ( goblet squat)
