Station 1 – strict ring dips/ push-ups
Station 2 – hollow rocks
Station 3 – inverted bar rows
*each movement done 8 times, alternating through movements

Part C
AMRAP 10 minutes
200M sprint
15M kong walk
8 chest to bar pull-ups/ regular/ 5 banded
