* If cannot OH squat then limit depth of squat and stay light

Part B
5 sets of 3 snatch panda pulls

Part C

5 rounds; start a round every 3 mins:
5 DB man makers (no clean and press)
10 twisties with a weight plate
25 double unders
Rest

*man maker is 1 push-up, 1 row on left, 1 push up, 1 row on right*
