Part A
3 sets of 5 deadlift at 85% of 5RM
THEN
1 AMRAP deadlift at 80% of 5RM
*rest 90sec to 2 min between sets

Part B
5 rounds, alternate with a partner
12 calorie row
6 hang power cleans (135 lbs/95) (105/75) (KB swings)
3 shoulder to OH ( same as above) / push-ups
1 narrow grip OH squat (black panther only – at same weight as above)

Part C
4 sets
30M farmers carry (weight at side)
20M farmers carry (weight in front rack)
10M farmers carry (weight OH)
*select weight that can do above without putting weight down.
*rest 2 min between
