Practice HS walking
* if proficient then Do zig zag and every time fail do 15 DU
* if red Panther : Every 2 min do 1 wall climbers & 5:5 shoulder touches
* blue Panther – partner HS walk practice

Part B
10-1 Raised feet ring row
1-10 strict ring dip

Part C
4 alternating rounds with partner:
200/150M row
40M OH walk with 2 KB (20/16) (16/12) (Hug weight plate)
6 bar muscle ups/ MU transitions/ jumping pullups
