Part A:
2 rep max Bench press
3 drop sets at 90,80,70 % (cap at 10 reps)

Part B:
6 sets of 3:
Lsit into handstand transitions in paralettes
(Or 6 sets of 3 Lsit into paralette kick through)

Part C: For max reps, 3 rounds of:
2 minute calorie row
1 minute box jumps
30 seconds ring dips/ paralette push-ups
Rest 1 min between sets
*each round MUST be faster than last
*200M penalty run in rest of not faster
