Practice headstand/ kipping HSPU/ HS walk

Part B
Find max deficit Kipping HSPU / negatives
Then AQAP 30 HSPU (Cap is 3 minutes)/ 30 push-ups

Find max weighted pull-up
Then AQAP 30 kipping pull-ups (cap is 3 minutes) / bar rows

Part C
EMOM16
Min 1: 10 over and Unders
Min 2: 10 slam ball cleans over shoulder
Min 3: 10 V-ups
Min 4: 20M farmer carry in front rack position (2xKB) / red Panther – KB at side
