In teams of 3 for time:
15 x sled push 20M (10 out and 10 back)- alternate partners each time.
30 x 40M (20M out and back) shuttle runs with slam ball – alternate partners after each run
60 calorie (2 mins, alternate every 20 sec) assault bike
Time cap: 24 minutes
* delay heats by 4 minutes

Part B
12 min alternating Emom:
Min 1: 2/2 TGU
Min 2: weighted bear crawl sled drag – 10M
Min 3: 6 light good mornings
