Part A:

Power snatch:

– Focus on cycling and touch and go for multiple rep sets
– set of 5 should start on approx 40%-50%, can add approx 5-10% each set if reps good

Part B:

7 Rounds for time (20 min time cap):

7 Double DB/ KB deadlift (80lbs/ 50lbs) (65/40) (20kg KB/ 16 kg KB)

150M Run Rest 1 min between sets

*Run should be hard pace
