Practice HS walks for 5-10 minutes.

Then 8 min AMRAP for quality
10M HS walk
10 V-ups (side 1)
10M HS walk back
10 Superman raises

*scale HS walk with bear crawl, high bum and regular

Part B
Death by body weight/75% bodyweight bench press
(Scale to get to set of 7/8)
When fail start death by strict pull-up or ring row with feet on box

Part C
10 min mobility
