Find Max Snatch balance / Max OH squat / 5 x3 OH squats (squat therapy)

Part B
Emom10
Min 1 – 5 OH squat at 70% of above
Min 2 – 3 legless rope climb/ lying to standing rope climb (feet on box)
*red Panther do front squat or empty barbell

Emom10
Min 1 – 10/8 push-ups with weight plate on back / regular
Min 2 – 10 toes to bar (kipping)
