Strength stations for 12 mins
1- Max double static slam ball hold (partner give you slam balls and hold in each hand for max time)
2 – Max plough sled pull 40M
3 – max weight plank hold for 30 seconds
4 – KB front rack steps ups – 5/5 onto box

Part B
4 rounds for time
400M run
10 Man- makers (45/35) (40/30) (25/15)
(Down, push-up, row, jump up, power clean and press) (NO SQUAT)
