2 sets of 6 Deadlift at 90% of 5RM
Rest 2 mins
1 AMRAP SET at 85% of 5RM (capped at 10 reps)

Part B
3 rounds for quality, alternate with 1 or 2 partners
15 GHD or V-up
15 back raises or supermans with PVC Pipe
20M sled drag (heel strike)
20M backwards sled drag (face sled, walk backwards)

Part C
Assault bike or row for 5 mins at 80% effort

Part D
Mobility
