1 snatch
1 OH squat
(Blue and red do hang power snatch into Oh squat)

Part B
3 sets of 10 Romanian deadlifts

Part C
For time: (8 minute time cap)
50 OH squats (95/65) / (85/55) / empty bar
* when put bar down do a 200M run.
