Deadlift
Set 1-8 at 108% of 10RM
Set 2-7 at 112%
Set 3- 6 at 115%
Rest 2 min between
Then
3 x 8 barbell row – go on feel
Rest 1 mi between sets

Part B
Alternate with 2 partners (teams of 3)
10 rounds each
20M sled sprint (light so can move fast)
5 burpees
16 min time cap
