10-2 Wall climbers
2-10 Bent over Barbell row
Rest 45 seconds between rounds
*go on feel regarding weight

Part B

2 x 4 minute rounds (Rest 4 mins between rounds)

Round 1:
750/500M row
· In remaining time, as many burpee-pull ups/ burpee touches as possible
Round 2:
750/ 500M row
· In remaining time, as many thrusters as possible (95/65) (75/45) (Air squats)

Part C

3 rounds
10 supermans
10 hollow rocks
