Practice HS walk for 5 mins
Practice MU progression for 5 mins

Part A
5 rounds Β for quality:
30 seconds Muscle ups / MU transitions
30 seconds rest
30 seconds handstand walk/ wheelbarrow walk with partner
30 seconds rest
30 seconds ball slams / wallball sit-ups (throw into wall)

Part B
Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds
200M sprint

Part C
In teams of 3 alternate heavy 15M sled drag for 10 mins
*1 partner who is not dragging must hold plank the whole time
