3 Sumo deadlifts – go on feel and increase load per set if form good

Alternate each set with
3/3 single arm DB bench press (red Panther do push-ups)

Part B – For time – 11 minute time cap
80M sled push (70/50) (50/25) (empty)
60 cal row
40 sit-ups
20 deadlift (75% of weight above)
10 hand release Burpees over barbell

Part C
3 handstand holds against a wall – 30 seconds (wall climber into position)
