* 3 minute rest between sets
* cap is 12 reps

Part B
3 alternating sets not for time:
10/8 strict toes to bar
10/8 partner back raises on bench

Part C
8 min AMRAP
30 Double unders
15 DB hang squat cleans (80/45) (45/30) (KB squat clean)
