Part A:
5 rounds every 2 mins perform 3 unbroken cycles of:
1 x clean
1 x front squat
1 x push press
1 x back squat
1 x push jerk behind the neck

*red panther do 5 rounds of 3 power clean, 3 front squat.

Part B:
5 rounds of max reps:
30sec: candle stick into squat
1 min: HSPU/pike push ups
90 secs: strict toes to bar
Rest 1 mins between rounds
