Part A
Snatches
Find 5RM hang squat snatch / hang power snatch in 5 sets
Then 95% / 90% of above
*Rest 90 sec between sets

Part B
Rowing intervals 600/500/400/300 (500/400/300/200)
After interval 1 – 15 KB front rack squats / Goblet squats
After interval 2 – 30M sled push
Rest 2 min between rounds
