Find 10RM deadlift
* show control and no bouncing
* do 3-4 warmup sets of 2 building to starting weight

Part B
Find max bench press

Part C
Crossfit games variation
4 rounds for time:
400M run
10 DB step ups with KB in front rack position (2×24/16) / (16/12) (DB at sides)
20M walk with KB in front rack position
