Part A:
Max broad jump
Max pistol with KB/ Max narrow feet goblet squat

Part B:
Practice MU kip and transition for 5-10 minutes then:

Max set of kipping MU or kipping Pull-ups
*2-3 warm up sets of 2-3 reps

Part C:
500 m row

Part D:
Groin and hip mobility – 10 minutes
