A) Work on hand stand progressions for 5-10 minutes, then:

5 rounds not for time
• 6 Strict Knee to OPPOSITE Elbow (Twisting up)
• 8 HSPU/Seated DB shoulder press
• 8 back raised in GHD or 8 banded good mornings

B) For time – 14 minute time cap:

10-1 Toes to rings/ lying leg raise to rig
1-10 2 x Kettle-bell hang clean and jerk (24/16)(20/12)(16/8)
• Include movement prep for KB clean and jerks

C) 4 sets of 50M Farmers carry – rest 60 seconds between sets
