Front squat
3 warmup sets of 5 then
5,3,1 – heavy for the day for each rep
Then 2 sets of 8 drop set

Part B: For time: 15 min cap
20m Walking lunge with weight plate OH (45/25) (25/10) (BW)
30 toes to bar/ knees raises/ sit-ups
20m walking Lunge hugging weight plate to chest
30 KB swings
20m walking lunge with plate OH
30 chest to bar pull-ups/ jumping pull-ups
20m Walking lunge hugging weight plate

Part C:
4 rounds
2 wall climber
Max hold with nose to wall
10 superman raises
