* red Panther – hang power snatch and OH squat as low as can

10 OH walking lunges with weight plate (45/25) / (45/10) / DB at side
10 HSPU / 3 wall climbers
10 KB Swings (American) 32/20, 24/16,20/12(Russian for red)

Part C
3 rounds
5 good morning – AHAP
10 V-ups
