Ring muscle up work.

5 rounds:

5 false grip ring rows/ 5 false grip ring pull-ups
3 muscle ups with feet on floor/ 3 ring muscle ups
Accumulate 30 sec hollow hold PVC overhead

15min AMRAP in groups of 3

150m run
20m sled push (with 2x KB)
2 KB swings (every round KB goes up 2,4,6,8,10..)
20m sled push back

* 2 people always working at a time
* 2 people push sled together with 2 KBs on sled
* 1 person resting
* Both people working must do KB swings
