*alternate each set with 6 pendelay rows

Part B

Buy in: 70/50/40 cal assault @ 80% effort

30/25 Burpee box step over with DB’s

Buy out: 3 minutes rowing @ 80% effort

*bike and row should be comfortable pacing, conversational pace.
