1 kipping ring dip
1 negative lowering transition

Red panthers: Emom10
Min 1: 5 strict push-ups
Min 2: crab walk 10M
Min 3: 5 negative jumping pull-ups

Part B
8 rounds for time:
8KB swings
4 burpee muscle ups / pull-ups / burpees
*12 minute time cap

Part C
3 min assault or row – low intensity
30 hollow rocks
30 banded good mornings
