Build to a max strict press/ red Panther 6x 3 strict press

Part C
In 8 min AMRAP
12 thrusters (135/85) / (115/65) / empty
9 ring dips at top of muscle up rings / power push-ups/ push-ups
6 Deadlift (135/65) / (115/45) / Empty
3 Muscleup / banded pull-ups / ring rows
* cap is 50% front squat
