Part A

Build up in singles to 90% of max power clean and jerk
(Red panther do hang power clean and push press)

Then:

At 80% of above do
5 touch and go clean and jerks
Rest 30 sec
Then 4,rest,3,rest,2, rest, 1

Then take another 20% off and
Do 1, then rest, 2, rest etc until do 5 touch and go again.

Part B
In 5 mins
500M row
100m walk (NOT lunge) with with KB in front rack (24×2)/(16×2) : (20×2)/(12×2): DB at sides or BW
Amrap burpees onto weight plate in remaining time
