Min 1 – calories on assault bike
Min 2 – drag sled backwards (facing sled) 10M, then push forward on low bar 10M (90lbs/ 50lbs)
Min 3 – farmers carry for distance with 2 KB OH/ front rack/ at side
Min 4 – rest
