3 sets of 8 – 60% of 1RM

Part B:
Movement prep for thruster

Metcon – EMOM
EMOM15
Min 1 – 20M Sled pull (heel strike)
Min 2 – 40DU
Min 3 – 10 Toes to bar

Part C:
3 sets of 30 second plank hold – add weight if possible
