See how far you can go up the ladder in 9 mins:

2 DB Clean and Jerks (45lb/30lb) (35lb/20lb) (15lb/10lb)

2 burpees

20 DUs/ 30 skips

4 DB clean and jerks

4 burpees

20 DUs/30 skips
