Part A
8 sets of 3 position snatch / power snatch
* hips, above knees, floor
* increase in weight across sets

Part B
5 sets of 2 snatch pulls

Part C
4 alternating rounds with 2 partners:
Each round is 1 MINUTE:
10/8 calorie assault bike
3/3 DB snatch
In remaining time of the minute max empty sled push
Rest while both partners work
* use the low benches, idea is to jump over without touching (if cannot then step over)
* these are ALL OUT efforts, no pacing.
