Then 1RM push jerk

Then find max weighted pull-up

Part B

5 rounds (5 min time cap)
15 seconds of butterfly or kipping pull-ups
Rest 15 seconds
15 seconds of ring dips/ push-ups (can kip)
Rest 15 seconds
15 seconds of double Unders
Rest 15 seconds
*red do ring rows and push-ups or box push-ups
* total reps to count

Part C
3 sets
10 evil wheels
10 banded good mornings
