2-4-6-8-10 ring pull-ups or ring rows (raise feet and add weight if possible)

Movement prep for clean

Part B
5 rounds, start a round every 3 minutes:
6 burpees
6 power cleans (135/105) (115/85) (KB swings)
6 (3/3) Front rack walking lunge / Goblet squat walking Lunge

Part C
Extra mobility – work a weakness for 10 mins
