Build to 5RM back squat for day
Then 5 at 95%
5 at 90%
* red Panther do 5 sets of 5 with moderate weight/ goblet squat
* rest 2 min between drop sets

Part B
In 5 mins
400M/350M row
15 Burpees over the rower
AMRAP walking lunge with KB in front rack/ DB at sides/ BW in remaining time

Rest 5 min

In 5 mins
100 double Unders
30 wallballs
AMRAP box jumps in remaining time
