6 banded scap pulls
*go light, especially if have not done before

Part A:

Rack Jerks:

8 Rounds:
1 push jerk
1 split

*go on feel
Red- 1 push press
-1 push jerk

Part B:

In teams of 3:
*Alternating rounds
*4 rounds each

15/10/8 cal assault
60m double KB front rack KB carry

Part C:
3 rounds:
20 Weight plate touches
30 sec plank
