Min 2 – 30 seconds farmers carry – Heavy
*try maintain number of reps/ distance across sets

Part B
10 rounds for time, alternate with partner (5 each)
9 burpees box jumps
3 hang squat cleans (155/105) (115/75) (3 KB swings/ 3 Goblet squats)

Part C
Recovery row or bike 5 minutes
Accumulate 2 mins each side – coach stretch
