Part A
Find max weighted pull-ups in 8 reps or less
Then 5×3 at 50% of above

Part B
Find max deficit HSPU
Then 5×3 at 50% of above

Part C
4 rounds (24 min total)
Min 1 – 5 power clean @ 55%,65%, 75%, 75-80% then max burpees over the bar
Min 2 – rest
Min 3 – sled push 20M (heavy but consistent) then max box jumps
Min 4 rest
Min 5 – 30M farmers carry with KB then max KB deadlift
Min 6 rest
