Then 5 at 95%
5 at 90%

Part B
4 rounds for total reps, start a round every 4 min
Run 400M
AMRAP HSPU (strict. When fail do kipping) / 10 strict DB press
*when fall off wall then rest until 4 min

Homework:
3 rounds
10 banded good morning
10 V-ups
