1 power jerk
1 split jerk

Part B
5 rounds, start a round every 3 mins
250/200M row
10 power push-ups (onto weight plates)
20M backwards sled drag (facing sled)

Part C
Accumulate 30 evil wheels on barbel
When rest do 5 light good mornings
