Alternating Emom20
Min 1 – 1 power clean, 1 pause front squat, 1 front squat (pause 3 seconds at the bottom of squat)
Min 2 – 20M heavy sled push

Part B
6 rounds for time:
100M sprint (50 out and 50 back)
3 deadlift (120kg/84kg) (100/60) (KB deadlift)
10M Handstand walk

12 min time cap
